What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure payment processor.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

What counts as an 'ecard sent' in the plans?

Any eCard sent via email or shared by any other means (SMS, messenger, social media, etc) is counted as an 'ecard sent'. When adding multiple recipients to an email, each recipient is counted as an eCard sent. If the monthly limit is reached, the eCard form will be disabled until the next month unless you upgrade your plan.

What happens when I reach my monthly ecard limit?

Once your monthly ecard limit is reached, the ecard sharing option will be disabled until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

What does 'Track Email Addresses (Sender & Recipient)' mean?

This feature allows you to log the email addresses of both the sender and recipient for later review and export.

How does the Address Book feature work?

The Address Book feature allows eCard senders to import their recipients from their email address book for faster sending.

What is Bulk Update?

Bulk Update allows you to make changes to multiple eCard settings at once, such as titles, details, email subjects, and more.

What is included in the White Label feature?

White Label refers to the ability to customize the eCard experience with your own branding. This includes removing the 'Powered by eCardWidget' link, using a custom domain for all widget links, and sending eCards from your custom email address.
