How does peer-to-peer recognition work?
You embed an eCard widget on your intranet or internal page. Employees visit the page, choose a recognition template, add a personal message, enter the recipient's email, and send. The recipient gets a branded digital eCard directly to their inbox — no account required to receive it.
How do I import my employee list?
Upload a CSV file with your employee names, email addresses, birthdays, and start dates. The platform uses those dates to automatically calculate when to send each milestone recognition eCard. You can update the list at any time as your team grows.
Can I customize the eCards with our company branding?

Does eCardWidget integrate with our existing HR tools?
eCardWidget connects to other tools via REST API, webhooks, and Zapier. For team directory imports, you export a CSV from your HRIS and upload it to eCardWidget — a quick process that most HR teams can do in minutes. Direct HRIS sync is not currently supported.
