Find Team Member #
Looks up someone in your directory by their email or employee/external ID. Use it inside a Zap to find a person before another step acts on them — for example, "find this person, then update them."
What to enter: their Email or Employee / External ID.
What you get back: the person's name, email, employee/external ID, and their Team Member ID — ready to use in later steps.
Note: In Zapier, a search can't be the last step of a Zap — you place it before an action. (Zaps with more than one step require a paid Zapier plan.) Pair Find Team Member with an action like Create or Update Team Member or Send eCard.
