Connect your account #

The first time you add an eCardWidget step to a Zap, Zapier asks you to connect your account. It's a quick, one-time setup — you'll paste in a key from your eCardWidget dashboard.

Steps #

  1. In eCardWidget, go to Settings → Developers → API Keys and click to create / copy a key. (It's shown in full only once, so copy it somewhere safe.)
  2. Back in Zapier, add an eCardWidget step and choose Connect a new account.
  3. Paste your key into the API Key box and continue.

That's it. Zapier automatically labels the connection with your account email, so you'll recognize it later. You can reuse the same connection across all your Zaps.

Good to know #

  • The key only ever accesses your own eCardWidget account (your widgets, eCards, and team directory).
  • Keep it private, like a password. If you ever need to revoke it, delete it under Settings → Developers → API Keys — any Zap using it will then ask you to reconnect with a new key.
